Started the 2nd Week of my Bulk with a great chest pump
Exercises :
✅Bench Press (5x5 with the heaviest weight)
✅Inclined Bench (4 sets of 20, 15, 10, 6 - Work my way up)
✅Seated Single Arm Dumbbell Press (3 sets of 10 + 1 set of 6 - Work my way up)
✅Lateral Raises (3 sets of 20 + 1 set of 10 - Tips : go light and lift with your elbow not with your forearm)
✅Chest Flys (2 sets of 10 + 2 sets of 5 - Work my way up)
