On todays show we are looking at the top 3 solo climbs of 2015.
In third place Iain Miller from Scotland has been free soloing the sea stacks of Ireland for some time now and luckily for us he takes his gopro along with him...these may not be the hardest climbs but the views from the top are something special.
In second place is Marc Andre Leclerc, who became the first person to solo the The Corkscrew on Cerro Torre. A pretty amazing feat that went beside some other incredible ascents in what was a incredible year for the Canadian.
And in first place is Brette Harrington, also hailing from Canada, and largely inspired by her boyfriend, Marc Andre Leclerc, winner of second place, and on exactly the same trip climbing 'Chiaro di Luna' (5.11a) becoming the first woman ever not just to free solo this route, but to free solo any route in the Fitz Roy Massif....impressive lady...
