I visited with Mike Zanconato of Zanconato Custom Cycles in Sutton, MA.
After Mike welded a sample aluminum bike weld, we sat down and talked about settings for tig welding aluminum using a miller dynasty 280dx.
The 280 expansion pack, ( which costs around 500 bucks...thanks miller) enables use of independent amplitude settings as well as independent waveforms.
Mike welded 7005 aluminum using 5183 filler metal and he shares the settings used in the talk we had at the end after welding was done.
